We wanted to let you know that Alvarium has partnered with a new audio-led fitness app called WithU to give you access to hundreds of home-based workouts, the majority of which can be completed without any equipment and from the comfort and safety of your own home.
As WithU is still in testing and not widely available, the app may not be perfect, so please feel free to provide feedback on your experience to help shape the product ahead of launch.
WithU has been developed to provide an immersive audio-led workout experience, delivered by expert trainers and supported by a state of the art 3D avatar to ensure you have the motivation, support and guidance to get the most out of your workout.
The app is currently only available on iOS but will soon be available to download on Android. As WithU is in the test phase, we have included guidance on how to download and access the app below: https://support.withutraining.com/articles
Exercise is of the utmost importance, not only for our immunity but also for our emotional welling. We hope by accessing this app, it will help many of you to continue to stay fit, remain healthy and feel connected during this challenging time.
